About Makero
What is Makero?
Makero gives your workshop a simple web page with a request form. Clients see your work and send a request with photos, measurements, their address, budget and timing. You read it and decide whether to call back.
Who is Makero for?
Tradespeople who work alone or in a small team and whose jobs start with a visit: joiners, kitchen makers, interior builders, renovators, tilers, deck builders and similar trades.
Do I need a website?
No. Your Makero page is your website. Share the link in your Instagram bio, your WhatsApp status, your email signature or on your business card.
Can clients book a visit?
No. Clients send a request, they can’t book your time. You read the job first and decide if and when to get in touch.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. You fill in your name, a few photos and what you do, and Makero suggests the questions for your trade. If you get stuck, mail us and we help you set it up.
How it works
What can I put on my page?
Your name and logo, photos of your work, what you do, how to reach you, and a button that opens the request form.
What does a client fill in?
Their name, how to reach them, their address and what the job is. You choose the rest: photos of the space, reference photos, measurements, budget, timing and your own questions.
What does the assistant do?
It answers simple questions on your page, like whether you work in someone’s area or make a certain thing, using what you told it. It never gives a fixed price or plans a visit. When someone has a job, it sends them to your form.
How do I know if a job is too far away?
You set how many kilometres you travel. Every request shows the address, and requests outside your area are marked, so you can decide before you call.
Which languages does it work in?
Your page and form work in your language and in English. Clients pick the language they prefer.
Pricing
What does it cost?
Free gets you 3 job requests a month, your page, the form and the assistant. Professional costs €29 a month, or €290 a year (2 months free), with unlimited requests and questions, the assistant always on and no Makero logo on your page.
Do you take a fee per job?
No. You pay one flat price, however many jobs you win.
How do I start?
Pick a name for your page, add your work and share the link. The free plan needs no credit card.
